If you started the User Web Interface (UWI) but the connect URL given is not found when you try to connect to it with your browser the most likely cause is a port number conflict with another app. Look for the file 'ERROR_UWI.txt' in your base directory (installation directory) and read its message. If a port number conflict is indicated by the message start the UWI with a different port number:
startuwi [port_number]
It is always advisable to check that your intended port is not already in use with the command
netstat -a -n
before starting the UWI.
