Appchkrs remote install, update, and uninstall on Windows

WINDOWS: Remote install of any Appchkr on a Windows machine, such as installing on a server elsewhere on the network from a desktop machine that has the install exe or zip, will work provided the install exe or zip file is placed on the host machine first, and run from there remotely. Proper drive letters or network host paths must be included in any paths requested during the install for correct results. However, remote update, rollback, and uninstall should not be attempted and are not currently supported.  Run these processes only from a window directly on the host machine.  This may be improved in a future release if there is sufficient interest.  Please leave a comment.
